UNIWERSIM OFFERS HIGH QUALITY SERVICES AND ON TIME REALIZATION

We manufacture mineral-asphalt mixtures for making all structural layers of pavement for roads in traffic categories from KR1 to KR7.

A fully automated BENNINGHOVEN TBA 160/240U installation with mixing efficiency of 160 t/h is used for production of bituminous mass.

The bituminous mass plant is equipped with devices allowing for the dosing of stabilizers and adhesive agents.

An additional advantage of the bituminous mass plant is the destruct dosing system, which makes it possible to use milled pavement surfaces for production, if the design of the produced mineral-asphalt mixture allows for such a solution.

The use of milled pavement allows us to use material from road repair works and reduce the production cost of mineral-asphalt mass.

The plant is equipped with air filtration and aggregate dedusting systems. Annual inspections carried out by the State Environmental Inspectorate have proven the high efficiency of the factory in terms of preventing environmental pollution.
